You can remove your Shortcut icon Arrows through this tricks.
Small Arrows on your Desktop with your Desktop Short Cut
This Trick Eligible to Remove these Arrow on your Desktop.
step 1: Press window key + R / or / go to.... start : Click Run and Type ........ Regedit
step 2: Registry editor Screen open on your Desktop. A Folder have name HKEY_CLASSSES_ROOT is 1st Folder
double click on it ......
step 3: Now you can see many folder's
Now press keyboard button L and find the folder with the name of linkfile select it on the right side on your screen show many files have some values.
step 4: Select file (IsShortcut) from right side of your screen and delete it.

Now after deleting the file (IsShortcut) restart your computer.
Now on your desktop Shortcut Arrow's are removed.
