Create a List of W-mail with Windows Live Hotmail
To set up a group of Windows Live Outlook and Hotmail:

Select Contact list from your Windows Live Hotmail and Outlook Email left-hand navigation bar.
Now select Manage and categories under Categories tab in the left side navigation bar.
Click New.
Type desired group Name under Name Tab:.
This name is a nickname when addressing messages.
Nickname must be unique for you in your address book (a group cannot have the same name as another group or another address book entry's nickname).
Press Enter.
Existing address book and email addressees or contacts' names under Members: to add them.
